Upon arrival, we discovered a dirty toilet, but the issue was promptly resolved while we enjoyed a drink in the bar. Unfortunately, there was dried toothpaste on the floor that was not cleaned up. However, the location was great, the room was comfortable, and the pub had a good selection of beer. The beer garden was pleasant and had good facilities for children. The no smoking/vaping policy in the garden was also appreciated. The breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were friendly.
